Thursday, September 24 – Arrival Day

• Anytime arrival to California– Travel to Monterey (approx. 2.5 hrs from SFO, 3.5 hrs from SMF)  Individual arrivals and transportation to Monterey. I can assist you.

• Hotel arrival & check-in

• Evening – No formal dinner planned (travel day)

• We will welcome you when you arrive.

Friday, September 25 – Carmel Coast Tour & Wine Tasting, Festival Opens

• 10:30 AM – Meet in hotel lobby for coffee & introductions (pastries included for the road)

• 11:00 AM – Coastal scenic drive to the lighthouse on Point Sur

• Lunch + wine tasting at either Corkscrew or Bernardus Vineyards

• Optional wine tasting stops in Carmel Village- or explore the shops

• 3:30/4 PM – Return to hotel

• Downtime

• 6:00PM – Depart hotel for festival

• 10:30PM – Return to hotel from festival

Saturday, September 26 – Festival Day

• Morning – Free. We will have two departure and return times to the festival. These are estimates and subject to change.

• 1PM – Depart hotel for festival (early afternoon)

• 4PM – Return to hotel (late afternoon)

• 7PM – Depart hotel for festival (evening)

• 10:30PM – Return to hotel (after last Arena show)

Sunday, September 27 – Brunch & Festival

• 10:00 AM – Champagne brunch at Coastal Kitchen

• Jazz Festival transportation after Brunch, 2 departure times and two return times TBD.
